At John Doe, we employ all our own carpet fitters, unlike many of our competitors who bring in contractors. That means we are in complete control of the service we offer and therefore you can be assured you will receive the highest standards of craftsmanship when you order carpets from us. Many of our fitters have over 20 years of experience in the business, so you know your carpets will be fitted by the very best people, and as the buck stops with us, in the unlikely event of any problems occurring you know you are dealing directly with us and we will work to ensure a swift remedy.

Our showroom offers a huge selection of carpets and floor coverings, with colours and patterns to suit your requirements. We stock over 350 full rolls and all of our carpets can be taken ‘cash-and-carry’, delivered or fitted for you, plus we have many roll ends at special prices.

We are approved by the Carpet Foundation which administers the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) Approved Consumer Code of Practice.
